I put out a bowl of them. (He motions at the counter. A bowl of blueberries is waiting by the batter.)

What do you think of blackberries too?

They can be berry pancakes- I love blackberries too! [He leaned over to steal a blueberry with a flush, he couldn't help himself sometimes but he grabbed one for Tambe as well, holding it up for him to eat.]

(Some happiness enters his eyes and he takes the berry between his lips, kissing Astaldo's finger.)

Just...stay with me? I will be fine. (He moves to the stove and turns on the fire again, heating up the pan after he sprayed it.)

Of course! [Astaldo laughed softly when Tambe kissed his finger before going to get plates and couple of glasses. He poured them both some juice that they could have with their breakfast.]

(He might seem overly careful as he pours the batter and adds the blueberries, but this is a new skill for him. Even his neck is red as he turns to look at his lover.)

I've added sugar. We may not need syrup.

I'll get some out in case, but we can try the pancakes and decide. [He said as he set the bottle out.]

OH! I wonder if chocolate sauce would be any good on pancakes...

Your sweet tooth would likely approve. (Tambë grins and turns over the pancake with a spatula.) Chocolate and blueberries sounds nice.

[Astaldo beamed as he got the chocolate sauce ready, unable to stop himself from dipping in a finger and linking the chocolate off of it. He paused then as he realized Tambe had seen him do that, slowly setting the jar aside.]

I hope it tastes good!

(The scent draws him too. Between pancakes, he dips a blueberry into the sauce and tastes it.)

...delicious. Try it, love.

[He picked up a blueberry to dip it in the chocolate sauce, smiling as he ate it.]

Oh that is delicious! Lets try strawberries! [He grabbed some, dipping one into the chocolate, swirling it around before eating it.]

(He senses he has begun something new for Astaldo. Grinning, he tries a strawberry too, licking the juice off his lips.)

I suppose I am more of a strawberry and you are more of a blueberry?

[Astaldo watched him eat the strawberry, something in his eyes. He dipped his finger in the chocolate sauce once more but this time leaned up to smear it across his husband's lips with a smile. Before Tambe could ask any questions, he stood up on his toes to kiss him, running his tongue across his lips to taste the chocolate.]

(He blinks and looks at Astaldo curiously before returning the kiss. The licking has him chuckling and he pulls back, smirking.)

I am not a fruit, Finno.

Well, I know but you still taste good. [Astaldo said with a smile. He would definitely have to use the chocolate sauce later as he had ideas now.]

Where else would I taste good, do you think? (Some of those ideas were occurring to him as well and he felt hot. Turning to the stove, he piled the pancakes onto a plate and brought it to the table.)

I can think of a few place- I can show you after breakfast. [Astaldo suggested with a grin as he helped set the table with sauce, juice, plates and forks.]

Am I going to need a shower? (Tambë takes a seat and drinks some juice, his eyes bright with amusement.)

Maybe. But I'll wash your hair so I think you won't mind. [He grinned as he poured chocolate sauce over his pancakes with delight.]

I wouldn't mind anyway. (He smirks at his giddy lover, nudging his foot under the table.)

Good. [Astaldo shoved a big bite of food into his mouth but his foot rubbed against Tambe's leg, teasing.]

(Tambë tuts and gives a little gasp, peeking under the table.)

You are not allowed to have talented feet.

[consumedbyfire]

Why is that? [Astaldo asked as innocently as he could, wiggling his toes playfully.]

Because they are making me think more about the chocolate sauce.

(He huffs and pours some sauce on his pancakes, trying a small bite.)

I really hope you really start to like chocolate sauce later. [Astaldo laughed as he pulled his foot away so they could eat. They would need the energy.]

Perhaps if it is spread on you... (He does enjoy the pancakes however, but he stays focused on Astaldo, grinning.)
